Can anyone recommend an antivirus product for a terminal server. Trying Eset at the moment but have a few concerns. Is there anything out there geared towards terminal servers? Our server is running Windows Server 2008.

    Thanks.

Running Symantec on a TS without any issues. What concerns do you have?

The users have access to a gui in which they can quarantine files, view and perform actions on quarantined files. They can perform custom scans which could include network drives which I dont want scanned from this server (they are scanned locally with the necessary exceptions).
Ideally it would be invisible on terminal sessions. I wanted to stop the gui loading at startup but their support recommended not to.

Symantec Endpoint Protection allows you to restrict access to the GUI - It loads but all options a greyed out to the user - Scans etc.. are controlled by the admin.

eset allows you to turn off the gui and just manage the AV from the management console, have a look on eset.ie there is an article on it.
    Thanks
