    Thats a wide open question.

Lets get the ball rolling mind you. What ideally would you like to pay for a bike? Are you looking for a road bike, mountain bike etc...

What type of cycling are you interested in and do you have any background in them? I.e. road cycling, off road, just commuting etc.

Do you know how serious you'll be getting into them? Do you have any goals - e.g. doing a sportive or two, a charity cycle, a race?

Do you know what your budget will be?

That bike is crap, they don't cost much more than €240 new.

What exactly is it your looking to do. Ok you want a road bike but are you looking just to commute or get into cycling and possibly end up competing?

If your on a real tight budget and just looking for a run around then that bike is ok. To be honest for anything other than that its crap.

For €400 you going to be looking at 2nd hand and for that price you should able to pick up a nice SCR 3 thats a few years old or something. Have a look around lidl and aldi for good deals on cheap cycling gear as it can be quite expensive if you want good top line stuff.
