Wireless N with built in ATA

Does anyone know of a reliable router (not modem) with wireless N and ATA as well WAN and LAN ports.

Have seen wireless g ones but as most new devices have wireless N thought an 'N' router would be better.

I know it matters not as far a broadband is concerned as a/b is faster than most BB connections.
