I’ve just found out that Bord Gais have opened their graduate program yesterday and will be applying for an engineering position.

    http://www.bordgais.ie/corporate/index.jsp?1nID=93&2nID=94&pID=162&nID=164

Does anybody have any insights as to what specifically they are looking for in a graduate and what I would need to know about the company?
I want to mould my CV to include all the buzz world their HR machine are looking for.

Also it says that graduates recruited will spend 8 months in different departments. Does anyone know where they will be located in the country?

Are there any grads who were hired by Bord Gais when the program last ran over two years ago who can shed a light on salary, working conditions, types of projects they started working on and what they are doing now, did they move around the company much and would they recommend applying for the grad program?

Dont bull **** them with your cv. Keep it simple but precise

Dont be worried about pay and conditions. You should get feedback in terms of projects you will be working on them at the interview.
