Hi, I had a provisional license a number of years ago but I stupidly let it expire. I'm re-applying for my provisional license this morning (passed the theory test again a while ago) but I was just wondering do I still have to wait 6 months before I can take my test? I know it says that's only for first time provisional drivers but am I included in that since I let my first one expire?

You have applied for a Learner Permit, and not a provisional. Seeing that you had to re-do the theory test, i would presume your previous provisional had been expired for 5 years or more? If so you are considered to be starting from scratch, and this will be your first Learner Permit. Which will mean that you will have to wait 6 months until you can sit the driving test. However, you may apply for the test whenever you wish.
