just quick question i got drainage done in garden after xmas when ground was dry enough to do it. the garden has been fairly dry since with no surface water sitting unlike beforehand. however after last nights rain water seems to be sitting in digger tracks in the only area of garden that there are digger tracks. is this norma? will this be sorted when i level off garden in dry weather?

if there was adigger in the garden then the soil that the digger was moving around on would have become compacted by the weight of the digger. As a result the rain cannot penetrate the compacted soil. Next dry day just use a garden fork to punch some fork holes in the compacted area.
