Translation help please

    Hi there, would appreciate if anyone could help with this. Was asked to attempt a translation by someone I know but my Irish isn't up to scratch. I'm well aware that it won't be a literal translation, emphasis would be on the flow of it I'd say. Here's the phrase:

    May the Irish hills caress you
    May her lakes and rivers bless you.
    May the luck of the Irish enfold you,
    May the blessings of St Patrick behold you.
