Sound won't work on any DAW software

Hi, For some reason over the past 2 days when I try and use any DAW's or software synths I have installed on my computer, there is no sound coming through at all. There is sound however coming through my speakers if I play something off itunes or watch youtube so it is not an all round fault. It must have something to do…

I guess the obvious thing is the Daw outs aren't routed to your outputs .

Maybe post your list of related gear, OS etc .

as the comment said above check outputs, which daw is it?

for instance protools doesn't work with any audio interface (your computers sound car) but its own.
