Thinking of booking a short ski holiday in Scotland Feb/March. Has anyone been skiing there? What did you think?

I been out on Ben Nevis, near Fort William and in Glenshee, conditions are very hard to predict much in advance. Its good if your in the area or for a weekend trip.

Went a few years ago to cairngorm and had a great couple of days skiing! It's a gamble though, don't go over expecting your guaranteed snow. Or if it is snowing there's a good chance the slopes wil be closed because it can get fairly wild up there! Might be a good idea to go on a last minute kind of thing. Check the snow and the forecasts for the weekend and see how it's shaping up.

Oh and another thing - it can be fairly cold, bring a balaclava!
