Guitar Cavity Shielding

I am going to spray a new Ibanez body, but i think i need to shield the cavity and pickup cavity too. Is paint the best way to go or tin foil type thing?? And where do we get the paint from?

I have seen the Stewmac guy. It is a bit expensive though. I also seen some on ebay for about €20 from the US including shipping.

Foil might be more cost effective though.
