    Google will do that themselves. There isn't really much you can do to influence it IIRC.

    From Google Webmaster Tools:

    Sitelinks
    Sitelinks are links to a site's interior pages. Not all sites have sitelinks. Google generates these links automatically, but you can remove sitelinks you don't want.

    In my own experience it seems to be the most popular pages that appear in Sitelinks, not necessarily your menu links.

    When Google have Made keywords for the Page visits for the search query on the key phrase they started to show up like sub-links of the website and is done by the Google itself You cannot do anything on the Listing such sub-links.
