Creating batch file to overwrite IE settings.

Basically, we have an internal issue where cookies are being created for specific domains, which we want to have excluded by default for all users. Is there a batch file I can create which will automatically add the site eg. "example.com" to a users prevented cookies list in IE? Thanks for the help.
