Good place to go with kids / toddlers on continent

Looking to book a holiday for around March-time, basic bog standard beach holiday. Going with a 3 year old and 3 month old baby. Would be looking for good, clean, safe, comfortable apartment complex / hotel with pool and the beach right beside, and also with shops / bars / restaurants nearby too. Kids clubs or kiddie pools…

Looking to book a holiday for around March-time, basic bog standard beach holiday. Going with a 3 year old and 3 month old baby. Would be looking for good, clean, safe, comfortable apartment complex / hotel with pool and the beach right beside, and also with shops / bars / restaurants nearby too. Kids clubs or kiddie pools would be essential.

European, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Lanzarote etc... not too expensive but not too cheap either, don't want to be slumming it. Anyone got any recommendations?
