Yes, and often that reason is simply because they are not overcharging you, expensive meat certainly does not assure you it is good quality! Many companies are just breaking even on deals, in tesco many items are probably below cost to get you in the door.

I am no big fan of abras, the chips are manky etc, but I am relatively impressed with how I have seen them make the chicken baguettes, it is a normal standard baguette but they get an actual fresh chicken fillet and chop it up and fry it right there and then, has peppers and onions. I can't think of any takeaway place in the same price range that does this. I think Eddie rockets have fresh chicken breasts but cost a fair bit more.

The promo the other week was limited to certain times in most outlets, like 11am-7pm, I think some did not have the offer at all, they all seem to be allowed do what they want.

had one in liffey valley,absolute pure muck,by the looks and taste of it there was a bare minimum of filling in it,very little sauce,very disappointing.
