That's a lot, my VW key cost €35 plus €70 to code it... It isn't a fancy key with central locking on it or anything tho...

got a Micra (immob - non remote) key done in a Nissan dealer for €65 all in.

As in, supply key, cutting key from chassis number, and coding it

I know what ya mean about it being expensive. it was an audi key i needed and rang a few places but to have the piece of mind that it would be coded propper....seen keys on ebay for about 20-25 euro but they are a waste of time....you have to get the blade cut after that and chances are they wont code with the imobiliser in the car..any how was just letting you know how much a dealer charges.....prices prob vary through out tho.....and it was a central locking key...so dont know what that does to the price.....
