    only about 15 mins walk from the oconnell street, its the the closest your gonna get mate

    haha "de puta madre" means extremely good, ive trained there, great gym for beginners and fighters alike, has some weights you could use if ye get there early before classes start

    ahh thats nice :) and do you know where in dublin city i can buy some muay thai trainings pants? what else i need? and they show me how to stretch my legs for hi kicks? because i cannot make to do the splits

    everything you need is available to buy at the gym, at the first class all youll need is pair of short and t shirt, you could then look to get proper shorts, gloves hand wraps and anklets etc

    You don't need anything for your first class except shorts and a t-shirt. After that I'd invest in some wraps for your 2nd class. After that wait about 3 months then treat yourself to some muay thai shorts if you're still going.
