Anyone care to suggest a decent floor paint for a new garage floor made of concrete. I suppose grey is the best colour but which brand/type of paint do i buy. And how many coats roughly? Can some of these paints be very slippy when the floor is wet, is there an inbetween?

Been wondering the same thing myself. To be honest, I'm not sure there's really a good enough paint for reasonable trafficked areas.
An old trick to improve grip was to add a handful of dry fine sand to the paint and stir well before application!

I got stores manager at work to get me a tin for garage at home. I'll get the details, I know it wasn't cheap anyway! Does a hell of a job though. Most industrial units have similar on their workshops etc.

You could lay down an expoxy coating rather than just a paint. It may need professional application but is tough as heck.
