Im fairly new when it comes to dating and relationships and stuff and could do with a hand here.

I liked this girl for a good while and i finally got to be with her last weekend in the niteclub, ive texted her a little bit since, just general crap and i talk to her most days as were in the same school.

The problem is i dont really know what to do now?

shes fairly quiet and shy and so am i but its more up to me to get things going and its hard to tell what she thinks of me but i presume she likes me some bit anyway...

now im stuck, i dont want to just keep texting away and nothing happining but ive no idea what else to do, or what to say to her or what to even text her? ive never really understood how other teenagers manage to get together...

anyway so maybe ye elders could help thanks

Next time you text or talk to her as if she wants to go to the cinema or something. You should also move on to phoning her sometimes as well. Nothing worse than a guy who only texts!

    Elders :( Depressed now.

Ask her out! Simple as that. Next time you're texting just send her one asking if she'd like to do something some evening, like the cinema or bowling, pool, a walk...

    Good luck!

do teenagers ask each other out like that? i usually thought that was for people in their 20s. i dunno i cant really imagine any of my own friends asking someone else out...plus i would absolutly hate the awkwardness that would follow should she say no or even yes...sorry if i sound so noobish hah

How else could you end up going out with someone? I (and other poster here) were once teenagers so we know from experience.
