Vodafone landline 076 charges

    I have a Vodafone land line and get free national calls at off peak times. I was amazed when I called my Skype to go number (076----) at off peak times to find that I had been charged.

    I called their customer care and was told that 076 number are not included in the bundled minutes. The strange thing is I called 076 numbers from my mobile and it is included in bundled mins.

    I am going to complain but was wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

    I also posted on the Vodafone talk to forum and will wait and see for a reply there.

    076 numbers are not included in Eircom's bundles either ..... they are charged at 'local rates' which means about 5c per minute or so.

    I always use a VOIP account to ring such numbers ..
