Couldn't find it on the website here. If i import 2008 car from UK could i avail of government scrappage deal (VRT reduction of up to 1500e)? Thanks

If i import 2008 car from UK could i avail of government scrappage deal (VRT reduction of up to 1500e)?

Are you asking does a 2008 reg car qualify for the scrappage scheme?

I'm nearly 100% sure that the scrappage applies only to new, category A or B VRT cars, so it's highly unlikely they'll give you €1,500 off a used import.
