alter elastic belt

    Can anyone tell me is it possible to alter an elastic belt? The belt is too big and I can't just add an extra hole in the belt as the ends are too wide to push through the loop (see pic of similar style belt).

    It should be fine, you could get the leather removed on one side and then re-sewn higher up on the belt.
