    There is a single room on Ardilaun Road available for rent of €325 per month.
    NTL and broadband are free.
    The house is 3mins walk from the college, just across from topaz.
    The lucky applicant will be sharing the house with three lovely 2nd year NUIG ladies!
    They're great craic but will also be doing quite a bit of study as they are doing medicine.
