    I bought the boxed set of BSG from play.com before christmas only to discover the last disk (no. 20 I believe) was defective. Play being the batch of bastards they are haven't even bothered to reply to me, I've contacted them several times in two months. What is the cheapest way of getting the end of the series? Are there any deals on the final series boxed set going that you know of? (not through play.com)

    Check the Terms and Conditions page of the website. By law this must have a physical contact address. This also lays down a lot of legal information

    Further if you used a credit card speak with your bank and perform a chargeback. Thats what its there for.
