Digitalb 16E FTA

Lads I think the whole package is FTA since the satellite malfunction because I have it on now and there is no encryption appearing on the screen.

There was a malfunction with the satellite and they moved some stuff to 15.8E I think. Do a new network scan and you should pick up supersport 1-5 or else go to 10E like the other poster said.

Does anyone know what happens if you have an official Digitalb HD receiver like the Kaon or Marres box, will the box update the new frequencies automatically like a sky box would or would the frequencies have to be added manually?
Or better still what are the chances of the frequencies going back to 11449H ?

I am not sure but when I was watching Supersport last night after a rescan I noticed there was a message scrolling along the bottom of the screen about the satellite malfunction. Thing is it was in Albanian!

I did a rescan and can see HD-5 and HD-6 as well on 10719MHz 27500Ks.
Eurosport has African Nations 3rd spot playoff on HD6 and HD5 is showing Bundesliga.

Anyone know if they will be used for tomorrows Arsenal Man U game!

A lot of the new frequencies on 16 east are not recievable here. Even in SE UK some transponders are very weak on a 1.2m. Apparently as well there are now 3 sats there at 15.8, 16, 16.2 degrees east. Im doing a blind scan now as all these frequencies we have been given is getting messy.

What results with the Blind Scan ?

I picked up Super sport channels with a Dreambox but another receiver I have wont pick it up.

i done a blind scan as well. There are still a lot of channels missing (I cant find HD 1-4). Supersport 1-5 are there alright. There is some duplication on 10 east as well.

I got HD 1-6 and all are unencrypted. I read somewhere that they are only visible with a Digitalb Kaon receiver. Eutelsat haved released a statement saying all services restored.

Im getting nothing on my tm 6900. Got HD 5 HD 6 and the Supersports after a new scan. But cant get the remaining HD channels.

I done a network scan and it done the trick.

I can watch 1,2,4,5 and 6. For some reason HD3 is showing just a blank screen.

What's the story with Digitalb now? Did the malfunctioning satellite come back online? Can you get all the channels on 10E?
