    A few facts.

The World Bank is 51% owned by the Americans.
The IMF is joined at the hip to the World Bank.
Together they have destroyed, oppressed and pillaged the the nations that make up the continent of Africa for decades.(world)

Did you know that nearly every single country on the continent of Africa is under the thumb of the IMF,World Bank, and American financial terrorists?
Africa is a continent at war, where in nearly every country their is a conflict going on,(America(IMF,WORLD BANK)) has given these countries huge loans which they can never repay, and in turn America comes in and takes there natural resources while conflicts rage in the country.

In one such country of Tanzania,a American company takes $1000 of gold out of the ground and pays 5% back to the Tanzanians, that's a whopping 50 dollars.
The reason they can do this so easily is, there are no nationalistic governments,if they were they would only want the best for their people which in turn means America would have to pay them a higher percentage, this makes it very easy for America to exploit and ravage their natural resources.

There is only "one" country which,"after getting it's independence in 1991"refused the demands of the IMF,World Bank to take creditory loans, that is the country of Eritrea. They are the only country not under the control of the World Bank,IMF,or the Americans.
Recently a gold company came into this country and was forced to pay 40% back to the country, not so good for the Americans is it?So what are the americans after doing? They created the best armed army in Africa right next door in Ethiopia. In the guise of loans and economic aid they have geiven more than 20 billion dollars to Ethiopia. They attacked Eritrea in 1998,by 2002 the Eritreans had destroyed the ethopian offensive some how,but I doubt that will be there only challenge.

Eritrea has the fastest growing economy in African, even today while other countries are falling apart due to the depression and other such factors.

The conspiracy here is that The IMF,World Bank, and American financial Terrorists are raping and pillaging Africa, not helping Africa as most people think. They are evil sub-human pieces of sh!t.Excuse my language.
    God help Iceland.

It's a novel, not a website or a Youtube video.

Obviously it wasn't since you thought it was an article on Wikipedia.

If I am incorrect, then please tell us what your opinion of the book is.

Enough of the wikipedia bickering, thanks.

Ontopic: Globalization and its Discontents by Joseph Stiglitz is a pretty good read for a "mainstream" critique of the IMF.

Never said such a thing, i love reading Wiki.

Any how, if you have a intrest in what America nad other countrys are doing today in Africa you should read "Heart of Darkness", its about what the Belgians did in the congo 100 years ago or so. Il copy and past the discription has it explains the book better than i could.

"Heart of Darkness" has been considered for most of this century as a literary classic, and also as a powerful indictment of the evils of imperialism. It reflects the savage repressions carried out in the Congo by the Belgians in one of the largest acts of genocide committed up to that time. Conrad's narrator encounters at the end of the story a man named Kurtz, dying, insane, and guilty of unspeakable atrocities.

There was an artical I read about eritrea only a few months ago(National geographic I think) and it was held up as a way that an african national could prosper.

Africa has always been raped for its resources.Nothing new there and not sure its even a CT.While the IMF and the other culprits dont exactly broadcast what they are at in Africa it doesnt take much googling to find out the mess they are making.

Also I think a lot of people in the 1st world at worst dont give a sh1t or at best are indifferent.

Its a shame really that continent has everything,it could easily with the right leadership out shine europe and the states
