Fire engines, guards, and a guy in hazard suit...

29-01-2010 04:52PM#1...but no flames or smoke. Also most of the onlookers seemed fairly cheerful, so presumably nobody was hurt. Anybody know what this was about? Just a drill, or something more dramatic?
There was a frame spraying water on a guy in a big orange hazard suit. I thought there were two in hazard suits, though it could have been the same guy twice

They'd taped off the area too. It was in the carpark in the middle where the bus stop is, to the right when facing the college.0
