Can anyone recommend any GOOD and EFFECTIVE over the counter teeth whitening products.

I have heard good things about the Crest Whitening strips but do they totally wreck your teeth in the long term?

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

They don't wreck your teeth if you use them as directed. You should only need to use the pack 1-2 times a year, usually only once.

I'm using the Rapidwhite whitening kit at the moment. Got it in Boots for €12. It's good but not quite as good as the Whitestrips.

I'm using the crest whitestrips at the mo and can see a vast improvement in 10days so I'm not even finished the 14day course yet!

Nah you have to get them online, they're not sold in Ireland.

I've been using crest strips for 3 days now and my teeth kill me for few hours after. I really wanna finish the 14 day course but is it dangerous/normal even?

Has anyone heard/used a product called spray white 90?A friend of mine mentioned it to me the other day when i asked her about whitening kits.I used the crest stripes before they were ok but the effects only lasted a few weeks and they were a nuisance to use.

+1 for the Crest strips, they're the only thing that I found to make a difference, anything sold in Boots or the likes are a waste of money in my experience..

Can these strips be used with crowns? I don't want to use them and find my natural teeth end up whiter than the crowns.

For anyone suffering pain after using the Crest strips, the answer is to use Sensodyne toothpaste - I switched to it after the agony of the first day and had no pain after that.
