Denman is 6/1 with betfair now and Nicholls said he will more than likely run in this instead of the Hennessy the following week

My point is if he races he should win imo, and i reckon he will be declared to race tomorrow so get on at that price and not the 4/6 or whatever he will be saturday.

The points in bold are enough to warrant that you aren't being totally sensible.

If and but's are part of ante-post racing for decades. Personally I would not spend a penny on any bet until I am %100 in the knowledge that the horse will be running and that is something you cannot guarantee.
It's gambling. You gamble that he runs and you gamble that he wins. Everything has it's price.
The OP thinks this is a good one.

Confirmed as a non-runner, will run in the AON chase in Newbury instead.

Was it not obvious why he was 6/1? Because plenty of people knew the chances of him running in the Cotswolds instead of the aon was very very slim

The OP thought is was a value bet and he got it wrong.

Most tips on the forum are wrong.

None of this you have to be 100% malarkey. Whether the factor is over the horse running, winning or not falling. You can never be 100%.

Saying the OP is not sensible, or blaming him for "putting everyone away" is childish.
