Aerial/Dish provider in West Waterford-South Tipp

Does anyone know is there anyone in the west waterford/south tipperary area that can fit an aerial or dish that can pick up RTE, TV3, TG4, BBC, ITV and Channel 4 and maybe channel 5 channels and will they be able to pick up the RTE digital channels when they come out.
