campus.ie mail on outlook and moble

Has anybody got there mail from campus.ie working on something like outlook? I followed all the settings and it just wont work. Do they allow you too? Google mail handles the mail for campus.ie and i was thinking that campus are blocking pop and imap so you have to view it through the website.
