I seem to be making a lot of threads around here since joining...
Oh well let's add another one!

Basically I hate Irish History with a passion. Every year since getting a History exam I've gotten high A's but this year for Christmas Exams it contained a section on Irish History and I just... I can't wrap my head around it. Seriously, it just doesn't STICK.

How important will it be this year? I read that last year most of the paper was Irish History. The options for this year will either be the same or they'll want to throw us off by not having any.. which would you say is more likely?

Question 6 (which is the mostly important question as it carries the most marks) always has an Irish history question!! Normally it has an Irish History, Social Change, International Relations and another question from 1st/2nd year! So for my JC (did it last year, got an A) I fully prepared for Irish History and I.R. as that's what our teachers told us to do and it definitely paid off! Took me a lil while to get my head around it but a lil bit of reading paid off a lot! PM me if you want notes etc for anything!

The questions to do with Northern Ireland are rarely answered and generally score quite well when they are.
