Globalisation Question

Does anyone know a paper by Philip Lane (I think) where he has a graph showing the level of globalisation from around 1890-2007?

It showed the very high level free trade in financial markets prior to WW1.
I can't find this in any of his papers - anyone here either know it or did anyone take the module in International Economics that he used to teach (he showed it there)?
