Ford Transit Connect Service

Have a 4 year old transit connect. Not 50,000 miles on it yet. Should I change the timing belt when bringing it in for a service soon? I know the mileage isn't high, but peace of mind and all that. We bought it second hand, and it may have been used for alot of city driving, where it was stuck in traffic and the engine ticking over.
