My first post on this section of boards and I've read the posting rules so hope it's ok, but mods might let me know if not.

If you believe there was non disclosure of a material fact when you bought a product, is the onus on you to prove the non-disclosure or the person that sold you the product? And how strong does the evidence have to be?

Similarly, if you had an advisor to buy the product and you thought there was a conflict of interest between the seller and the advisor, does the onus fall on you to prove this or the seller/advisor to defend it?

Any opinions would be gratefully received.
