New windscreen and wind noise...

Had to get a new windscreen on the car, and now there is quite a bit more wind noise than before. The company is well known, the screen is Pilkington so OEM and the trims where replaced. From the outside everything looks fine.

I had a screen replaced on my previous car too, and had the same issue. It it just the case that it is never as good as the factory fit or have I just been unlucky.

In both cases the noise was not terrible, just not a quiet as before.

Thats usually caused by the rubber seal not being put back in as tight as it was orginally was. Can you try pushing down on the seal? Might be no harm in mentioning it to the installer.
