Hi all!

Is anyone selling a CELTA course book entitled Learner English by Michael Swan and B. Smith secondhand? I am eager to get my hands on it

I am starting the CELTA course next week and I'm extremely nervous. I have never done any sort of teaching before and although I have spent a lot of time doing the pre-course task and reading books, I still feel unprepared. I also have a long commute everyday as I can't afford the rent prices in Dublin and this is already stressing me out as I know the workload will be very intense. Can anyone shed some light on this topic and calm my nerves a small bit?

And dont worry. Teaching is easy. Commuting is dawdle. Kids / foreign nationals are ALL a complete joy. .

Dublin City Library have it (2001 edition). I borrowed this from Finglas library last year. CELTA is an exercise in time management more than anything else. Above all it's important to listen to your tutor's feedback and show evidence of progress on your action points.
