The bus is an extra €60 per semester though.I don't find the walk that bad although it could be a bit of a pain in final year of college when you might need the time to study. The apartments are nice and fairly big (compared to other student apartments).Howevrt it is in one of the rougher areas of Galway and there were a few break ins and bikes robbed.

I've been staying in Dunaras Village for 2 years now and this year everything has been improved since the new management started. I got new locks on the door, the internet is brilliant and we'll be getting WiFi soon. As for the bus this year that has been fantastic especially when we had the cold weather and the snow. I understand them having to charge for it this year to try it out, but everyone I know wants it to come back next year and its free for next year as far as I know. I like staying here as its not too big unlike some of the other villages which have hundreds and hundreds of apartments. Here its very personal and Ive gotten to know a lot of people here ...I have no complaints!

ha i know what you mean, saw a couple of young lads going across the main road with about 5 or 6 pallets and a pallet truck one night, looked shocking funny! But on Dunarus, they have a free bus service for next year and there always improving, im goin there meself next year.
