Rehearsal room to rent (24/7) - 100e pm

    Hi folks
    I rent a small rehearsal space in Inchicore and I am looking for someone to take it over from me.
    It is a 3x3m room suitable for a solo musician but 2 or 3 could fit no problem. There is a kitchen and a toilet but no back-line.

    There is bleed through from the other rooms at certain times - so it is not a great place to record.

    However, if you need somewhere to relax and write and you want to feel comfortable making noise and singing at the top of your lungs then this place is great.
    It will be your's 24/7 and it's a 10 minute walk from the Blackhorse Luas stop.
    It is reasonably secure and the other tenants are friendly and respectful.

    3x3 is more like a closet but 100 euro pm isnt a bad price.

    any pictures of said premises?
