Looking for Carlow grunger-types

Im looking into starting an original grunge type band but with progresive elements and some decent vocals. Imagine Alice In Chains covering an At The Drive In song over at Billy Corgans house using Mogwais equipment.Im looking for drummers/singers/bassists,who are male/female/smurf and transport is a huge plus as ive got none but am prepared to pay petrol costs.Willingness to write stuff optional but i am looking for a very decent standard of playing (while fully aware most proficient players only join paying bands). Decent tunes is the main goal so be prepared for your heartfelt acoustic tune about your puppy dog fido to be turned into a towering sonic whirlwind of mad distortion followed by a funky bit.And finally no emos, hair rockers, goths, indie types basically anyone who spends more on brylcreme than strings.Still reading?
