hi i recently upgraded from to windows vista to windows 7 and i have found my DVD drive has stopped working i have INTERNAL 8X DVD+/-RW installed and the driver has vanished i not found one on line, or windows 7 could not locate the driver

i don't want to contact dell even though i'm still in warranty because according to their site my system can't be updated from vista

if anyone has any ideas of what i could do let me know below
