    No, they won't just give it to you. There's a contract and credit agreement needed, and under 18s cannot sign up for that.

    Your best bet would be to get pre pay midband, the good thing is you can't run up a big bill for over usage..

    Alternatively get your parents to create the account and then you use the service, of course you;ll have to pay your parents.

    Also remember that O2 DO charge if you go over the cap so unless you wanted your parents getting charged 100's of euro's then DO NOT go over the cap.
