advent laptop

    ok guys i have an advent laptop 5612 only have it 9 months and have only really used it for the internet but recently it has begun to crash a lot and tonight its said windows explorer has stopped working then it restarted and ever since when i start it all i get up is LogonUI.exe - Entry Point not found. The procedure entry point InterloackedDecRement could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. Thats all im getting up it gives me option to click ok but when i do screen just stays black nothing else and iv tried logging in on safe mode with the same results what can i do
