    Hi

I would appreciate if anyone knows or has any connections to anyone who has a cafe/bakery(equipted) for letting or rental in the Dublin region. It would be an immediate start.

    Thanks in advance

I'm not far off the truth in saying that pretty much all of them are for sale/lease things are so bad in this industry, Owens Commerical or any such agents have lists of sites available.

You would absolutely want to be very experienced and have expertise in this area to even be considering opening/taking one on.

    Good luck with it

    Hi Ht

Thanks for that..fortunately i do have the expertise and experience in this area, i opened my own restaurant and bakery at 26 and ran it for 6 years, thankfully my lease was up in september 2008, when the recession hit, i believe i have learned so much in those 6 years, i made the mistakes and i am so much wiser, i worked to pay my staff which ended up been 15 wages every week.
So small and low overheads is the way forward for me.. people have a day spend these days, the fine dining is slowly fading..

Keep your eyes open for me..

    Thanks
