Citroen C4 -Back wiper problem

    Folks

    Im looking for some ideas as to why my rear wiper stopped working
    through the lever on the dash board after 4 years of happy motoring
    but now only works through my rear window heater switch which is
    double jobbing {great car otherwise }

    Im aware and checked the following :

    Turn lever on {OK } -for d smart folks -ha ha just in case !

    Reversed wiper programming {OK} on/off engine action

    Fuse board {OK}

    Check the contacts between the rear tailgate and the car body - make sure they are clean and contacting when the tailgate closes.

    Wiring running from the car into the boot door can give trouble, peel back the rubber and check all the wiring.
