Myself and my girlfriend went away for a few days 3 weeks ago. And now she says that she is late by about a week.
Let me give you the facts...

-Condoms used all the time and she wasn't on the pill
    - I never came inside her as she found penetration to sore so that only lasted about 30 seconds
    - so then we just kinda grinded against each other for a while if ya know what i mean
    - i kept the condom on and it never slipped off, i kept checking..
    - i only came once and that was in the condom

And now we are both getting a bit paranoid as the days tick by..... even though going by the above it is very unlikely she is pregnant

It's unlikely she's pregnant but she should do a test to be sure.

It is highly unlikely she got pregnant if you were wearing a condom.
Having said that, nothing is 100% fool-proof and accidents an and do happen. From what you've posted, though, it seems doubtful to me.
Stress can cause a delay in periods and no doubt, your worry is only serving to compound the situation further.

My advice would be to do a test and take it from there. If you need any more reassurence, go speak with your GP or someone at a Well Woman/Family Planning clinic.
