There isn't any connection system in Stansted so yes, you'll have to exit as a normal passenger, and re-enter security etc.

It's possible you'll make it, but frankly I wouldn't gamble anything on those odds.

no i doubt you would make it as the previous post mentioned you have to re-enter security. The security ques in stansted are pretty bad you would want 90min i reckon. Also what if the first flight is delayed taking off even by 10min you would be screwed.

    About 16-1 I'd say, unfortunately.

I know they are both out of the same pier or area .Is there away you can just hang around once you arrived and get in the que for the next 1 I know legally it is not allowed but have done it many times in Dublin in the past. If I make the connection it saves me overnights and a wagon load of if time and money If I miss it it is a pure wasted journey

Cannot remember the layout of Stanstead, but you wouldn't even be able to just hang around in Dublin anymore as when you get off the plane the only route you can take is back out past immigration and round again for the majority of FR flights.

Not a hope of making it, sorry :(

I reckon the odds a far nearer 250-1 at best, It will take 15mins just to get off the first flight?

The arrivals come in on the lower level at Stansted, there's no way of entering the departures area as it's segregated. You'll have to go through arrivals and back through security i'm afraid.

I think you have missed it before you even get there !

You miss check in as it closes 40 mins before hand but you checked in online.

Just checked the website now and it says boarding finishes 20 mins before departure.

You have no way of getting off your flight and getting through security in the time you have available.

    Start praying boyo.

Yes I think I now aggree not a hope.. It does piss you off that you leave one European airport go through all the rig m roll of taking your shoes belt and been zapped to hell to make sure we comply with INTERNATIONAL and EUROPEAN regualations and then 1hr later you land and have to go through the exact same system in another European airport without ever a need to go land side . . This has more to do with mindless and spineless Beurocrats than any secuirty treat.. Bin Laden and crew must be delighted with themselves at the way the world reacts to them .
I used to travel abroad 4 to 5 times a year now I have it down to a max twice
