Airsoft tomorrrow night

Mods, I should probably of posted this in the BBV thread, feel free to move.

If anyone is interested in going to play Airsoft tomorrow let me know, I have a few places left. There will be a coach leaving O'Connell St tomorrow at 7.00pm sharp, and driving back at 1am. It will cost about 55 euros, and that should include everything. I have 18 people for Airsoft, and 13 for the coach. The coach price if fixed, so I'd really like to get a few more to get the cost down.
If you need to get home early there will be a few cars leaving at 12, to be back in town around 12.30. (Let me know to confirm a place though)

I'm going to iron out the details Bren from Fingal Airsoft later, but it will basically be two or three games. One normal team death-match, one special op's mission, and one zombie scenario. Apparently they have incredibly frightening masks (remember this is at night time!).

There will be sniper teams, heavy machine guns and zombies!!!!!!!


This is a summary of a recent game they had:

03-08-2009 Dark Mist EAD AGAIN post game.

Once again the dead walked the earth (well okay not the whole earth, just a certain 10 acres of woodland/countryside in Stamullen, Co. Meath) and created havoc for the 40 odd brave men who dared to venture into the darkest depths of Kazan to combat them.
The night got off to a creepy start with tense 2 men recon missions into zombie infested areas - without
aegs! The tension was then ratcheted up considerably as the zombies began to wander more from their spawn locations and the Russian and U.S. forces began to work through mission orders encountering each other in fierce firefights, ( One in particular at Delta base being particularly epic) and having to deal with zombies who, whilst at that stage of the night were relatively passive unless provoked, managed to add to the tension and confuse things significantly.
As the night moved along players began to notice the zombies behaving more aggressively and some seemed to move faster and almost constantly attacked with or without provocation. Luckily for the Russian team the found an emitter device which could passify and even control zombies temporarily.
The Russians set up base in the Orchard and waited for the inevitable U.S. attack to wrest control of the valuable device.
And boy, did it come. All out war erupted in the orchard against a backdrop of eerie lighting and mist the U.S. attacked in force - but unfortunately for these brave souls the combination of a well defended position and patroling zombies was tough to crack and the Russians sucessfully defended the position.
Attack , counter-attack and grown men screaming in terror formed the basis for the rest of the night with both teams desperately (and very quitely) scrambling to complete their remaining objectives whilst being hampered by ever more aggresive and independent zombies and despite some very clever tactics and a brave rally by the U.S. the Russians managed to complete their Key objectives first.
All in all though, both teams won out purely on fair play , honesty and some great tactics .
As for the next Dark Mist, let's just say keep halloween free
