Basket for a Giant CRS4 W

Anyone know a basket that will fit on the stem of a Giant CRS4W? My wife got this one as a present, but it will only work on bikes with smaller stems. She wants a basket with a quick disconnect if possible. The Giant CRS4W has a stem diameter of 35 cm and I can't find a basket to fit this. Any help/suggestions appreciated!
