    Hi,

Bought an iPod nano as a present for someone at Christmas and its got a dodgy head phone connection. I spent a whilte on the apple website but finding out how to return it is ridiculously hard.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey, if you go here and put in the serial number, on the back of the ipod and continue it should point you in the right direction. They are generally good if you're under warranty, useless if not. I think they'll send out a courier to pick it up and will either repair it or replace it within a week.

    Hi,
I have an option to Request Online Service (and a link to go through) and a number, maybe try this number below?

Get direct telephone access to Apple’s own technical support group, the people who know your system best.
Note: Operating hours and eligibility restrictions apply.
    Phone: (353) 1850 946 191
