I'm registered with Dublin City council and I received my first remittance on 21 October 2009. I've recently noticed that people are now receiving checks from other county councils fallowing the information on this page:
    http://www.dcu.ie/registry/grants.shtml

Has anyone, that is registered with Dublin City council, received their second remittance yet? If not, do you know when it will be sent out. Also - why do different councils do things differently? They all send checks and Dublin sends it straight into your bank account with a remittance the day before it gets transacted.

Or are they going to send checks this time around? I mean... were in 2010... to farmers its OK, but Dublin ...woah.

You can now check on your portal page for updates on what grants have been recieved by the registry.

You recieved an e-mail about it last night, go check that.

Hes asking about people who are paid directly into their accounts, when will they be receiving them, not the people who get cheques, as they are on the portal page.

Cut short - has anyone from Dublin received theirs?

There's definitely some in because I went to see about mine today but it hadn't arrived with the latest batch. Go to registry and ask. She told me to just keep checking back regularly til it comes in

If you ar receiving cheques in the registry keep checking back there, they will come in some day soon.

If you are getting it by direct debit into your bank account then it will be nicely resting in your account at 1 minute past 12 in the 1st of February.

I'm with Fingal CoCo, we get bank transfers aswell. No sign of second installment yet - they don't tend to all come out at once anyway, give it a little while. Last time I got an automated email about it a few days before it arrived in my account.
